I am sure by now, you are starting to have a grip of what is taking place. But the question will always be, what does it take to make it to the end of the program?
These consolidated points can guide you on your journey, but the outcome will always depend on how much effort you will exert to make this work and how bad you want this to work.
During my term as a rookie and was just starting my journey, my goals were different from that time compared to how I look at it today.
Before, my main goal was to lose weight, and it did not take me that long to finally get what I always wanted to. Sure thing, my workouts did work miracles for me but what I found as a gem that I've never seen in any other fitness company was how I could sustain this until the rest of my life, and boy, this was the hardest part.
I've had my fair share of ups and downs, and I want to make sure that when you start your journey, you are not only thinking about how you will breathe fitness for the rest of your lives.
The moment you start to make a detour for the better, you are well on your way to understanding the whole program and why I built this. We are going to guide you on how to build a sustainable healthy lifestyle. When we asked, "What you can achieve in 6 weeks?" we looked beyond that.
The Blueprint program is a perfect practice for you to start somewhere. You agreed to be part of this and with that, you accepted your new responsibilities, and now we are here, together, to smash it.
Stop Making Excuses
This is the easy way out. Each of us will have a moment in the next 6 weeks with an excuse for not continuing with till the end. Getting through the next days boils down to one point: How bad do you want this?
Set Achievable Goals
Do the work and make it happen, but set achievable goals. Everyone wants to become a better version of themselves, but you also need to make sure that you are focusing on your fitness and your mental capability.
Whenever you say yes to a challenge, you'll face loads of apprehensions and the constant question of whether this is for you or you will be able to make it right at the end or not.
The answer will always be: YES IT IS, and YES YOU CAN. End of story.
